    What should I know before I order?

    A set is 160 tiles, not a full kit. The pictures on this site are digital mockups. We are new for the 2026 season, so there are no reviews yet.
    Can I send it straight to her as a gift?

    Yes. Enter her address at checkout. For a Gift Set, type her name on the set page, up to 20 characters. We stitch it exactly as you type it.
    When will my set arrive?

    Plan on about 2 weeks from your order to delivery, and a few days longer in November and December. Your set is printed to order by our print partner in China and ships free with tracking. For Christmas, order a set by Dec 4, or by Dec 2 with a swapped design or a bag. Each date ends at 11:59 pm Eastern. If anything runs late, we email you a new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund.
    What's in the box, and what do I still need?

    160 tiles: 36 Dots, 36 Bams, 36 Craks, 16 winds, 12 dragons and 8 flowers, plus jokers and blanks. Classic Christmas has 8 jokers and 8 blanks. Our other sets have 10 jokers and 6 blanks. Racks, pushers, a mat, dice and this year's card aren't included.
    What if I change my mind, or a tile is missing?

    Sets printed as shown can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, with all 160 tiles and the box. Email us first for the return address of our print partner in China. Return shipping is paid by you, and the parcel can take a few weeks. We refund you once we've checked it. A swapped set is final sale once you approve your proof. Until then, you can change or cancel your swap for a full refund. Stitched bags are final sale. A missing, damaged or misprinted tile? Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement at no cost. Nothing to send back.
    Is there a deal for two tables?

    Yes. Put any two sets in your cart and the second is $59 off, once per order. It can't be combined with discount codes.
